Model 35-0092 is a portable hand washing station with hot water for food-service operations, events, mobile vending, and temporary commercial settings that need pressurized hot and cold water without permanent plumbing. A 5-gallon freshwater tank, commercial electric pump, and 2.5-gallon electric storage heater are housed inside the cabinet.

The heater has an adjustable thermostat from 50°F to 140°F. Because it is a storage-style heater, heated water is held in the 2.5-gallon tank rather than produced by a tankless system.

Choose Model 35-0092 when your operation needs an onboard heater in a self-contained sink. It is suited to food trucks, concession operations, catering events, kiosks, and similar temporary commercial settings.

Self-Contained Hot Water System

The single 2/3 size basin is made from 22-gauge 18/8 stainless steel. It measures approximately 11⅞" × 11⅛" × 5¾" inside and 12⅞" × 12⅞" × 6⅛" outside

A beveled bar drain with basket strainer, pre-installed drain lines, and a chemical-resistant trap direct wastewater into the separate holding tank below. The commercial pump includes backflow protection, and the 12-inch high-rise faucet provides hot and cold water at the basin.

The industrial heavy-duty resin cabinet has a metal-reinforced top and measures 30" W × 20" D × 36" H, excluding the faucet. Empty weight is approximately 75 lb.

Setup and Power Requirements

Model 35-0092 operates from a standard 110V/15A outlet and does not require a 20A circuit. Setup consists mainly of attaching the faucet spout, filling the freshwater tank, and plugging in the unit. Published setup time is approximately 10 minutes.
