Located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, The USA Trailer Store calls beautiful Greenville, SC, “home.” This burgeoning city of approximately 67,500 residents is packed with shops, restaurants, and lots of scenic views—so many that, in 2017, it was ranked 5th on U.S. News & World Report’s list of “Best Places to Visit in the Carolinas” and 12th on The New York Times’ list of “52 Places to Go in 2017.” As a result, it’s no surprise that some of our customers like to include a stop in Greenville to pick up their trailers or hot dog carts when planning vacations, routes to bike rallies, or even day trips. BUT, before you hop on your bike or jump in your car and head over, there are a couple of things you need to know that will save you some time, aggravation, and disappointment:
We are closed on Weekends.
We are only open Monday through Friday. And on those days, we only schedule pickups at our Distribution Center on Poinsett Highway from 9:00am to 12:00pm and 1:30pm to 3:30pm. We really enjoy meeting the folks who buy our products and want you to have a positive experience when we do. So, please call first to schedule an appointment before heading over to see us. We do not want you to drive hundreds of miles only to find that we are not open or that the trailer that you had your heart set on is not ready or is not in stock.
We do not have a showroom.
Our Distribution Center is a working warehouse. As we are a national online wholesaler, we do not have a showroom, nor do we have sales associates here. At this location, we build to order and ship to order. If you are in the area and want to view a product before buying it, a staff member may be able to show you a product that he is building. If the trailer, hot dog cart, or camper you are interested in is not in stock or is not fully assembled, then we may be able to show you some of its parts or the parts of a similar trailer.
In many cases, picking up your trailer in Greenville will allow you to save on shipping costs, but your order must be placed in advance—either online or over the phone. Again, we truly do enjoy meeting everyone; we just want you to be aware of what to expect if and when you do stop by.
