Our swivel hitch gives you the peace of mind needed while carrying a trailer behind your motorcycle. Leaning into a turn is a necessary (and fun) part of riding a motorcycle. Sadly, when towing a trailer, traditional couplers do not allow the appreciable lean needed in a turn, which can cause flipping, binding, or jack-knifing. To help avoid these potentially deadly situations, industry insiders (Read Article Here) strongly advise the use of a swivel coupler, and we agree.

Our swivel hitch provides a 360 degree swivel that gives your bike the ability to lean on turns, and provides an element of safety and performance. The swivel hitch coupler is constructed of steel, has a high tensile steel rod and has a black finish.

Note: This fits a tongue with an inside measurement of at least 2 1/8" x 1 9/16". Before purchasing, please review the 2nd photo and ensure that this product will mount inside the tongue of your trailer.

    Had this same swivel hitch on my trailer before, but needed to get a new one, not because it failed; I gave it away. This hitch is a great thing to have, fits perfectly. I would have given 5 stars but when I put grease in it there was a small pin hole in the weld that the grease came out of. I put a little JB Weld on the hole and it seems to be sealing it up, did not want moisture to get in it.

    Planning to take our new trailer on a couple trips this summer. We are more at ease knowing the likelihood of binding on hitch ball has been eliminated. I really have taken this serious after reading comments on your site regarding some of the issues faced without the coupler installed.

    I like that it well made and the grease fitting is nice to have. I was off a 1/8" when I measured my motorcycle trailer. But with a slightly larger one foot of square tubing and some bolts. I was able to make everything fit together and it looks great. Looking to get many thousands of mile on it. And I will be putting it to a test next year, when I ride up to Alaska.

    Very well made and easy to install. I was concerned about if I dropped the motorcycle it twisting the trailer tongue to unrepairable damage. This eliminates that threat as well as allowing trailer to tilt opposite of the cycle over rough terrain. I am ver pleased with it.

    I liked that it added about 8" to the overall tongue length and that it has a heavy duty bearing for swivel. Fact is entire build is HD. One comment is that with the minimal thrust and rotation that this bearing goes through i find it interesting it has a zerk fitting and is not just a sealed bearing. But so be it. Over all i am pleased and am glad it is now an OEM on their trailers. Too bad it does not have a lower price point cause I recommend all light duty trailer owners install one especially for your motorcycles. It virtually guarantees no torquing of the hitch to the ball/mount in turns, curves, rough roads, and the like. Highly recommended!
