    Took way too long to install. We had to file the nuts down in order for it to fit. And yes we removed the washers like it said in the instruction. Even with everything off and loose, like the instructions said, we had to pry way to much to get install. Once installed it seems to work fine. Just did 1k miles and no issues.

    Appears well made. Chrome looks good! Welds are clean. Instalation instructions are clear and detailed! I will send another review once installed and used! Customer service very friendly, knowledgeable and prompt!

    My hitch came very quick. I'm a guy, so I just glanced over the directions. I have been riding harleys since 1978 and have pulled numerous trailers, but never installed my own hitch. When I finally decided to REALLY read the directions and take my time, I was amazed how easy it was to install and the best part was there were no extra parts. If you want to start pulling a trailer with your motorcycle I highly recommend this hitch. You can't beat the price and you can actually install it yourself!

    Great welds and plating. Only improvement I can think of is if there was a "y" at the top mount too go to the next forward bolt for a little more support. Only question is does the pivot hitch have the same shank size? That was the only thing holding me back from ordering it.

    This is a good looking chrome hitch. Well made by the looks of the welds. It was quite the challenge to install. The upper mounting is extremely close to the fender, leaving no room for mistakes. You must be very careful not to scrach your fender. This is definitely a two person install.
