Sadly, when towing a trailer, traditional couplers do not allow the appreciable lean needed in a turn, which can cause flipping, binding, or jack-knifing. I bought the swivel hitch in preparation for a long road trip on my motorcycle, in May of 2023... As of early August, I've put on nearly 16,000 miles without a hitch, no pun intended !!! I highly recommend this product ?

This swivel hitch was easy to install without any modifications to my Lumina trailer. I noticed an improvement in handling immediately. The swivel ball worked ok but I could still feel the trailer behind me when cornering. Now with the new swivel hitch installed it is as though the trailer isn't even there. One thing to note is that this new hitch added about 8 or 10 inches to the overall tongue length too which I believe has made towing the Lumina with my BMW R 1250 GSA more stable overall. I am very happy with the performance of both the swivel hitch and my Lumina trailer. I highly recommend both of them to anyone that needs or wants to put a trailer behind their motorcycle.

I tried the 'swivel ball' and you can feel the trailer pushing forward when cornering. I'm disappointed they have no return policy or exception even though I've bought my hitch, trailer and both of these from The USA Trailer store but, this is the best price out there for a swivel hitch. There are not any seals at the ends, and it didn't come pre-greased, so as soon as I greased it, it started to come out the ends. I'm also slightly disappointed the sales rep told me this "Won't fit the Buddy Trailer" yet by their own measurements it fits great. I did re-drill the mount holes further back than they would have been since this does extend the tongue. Have made several trips with this and can barely feel the trailer behind me.

Easy to install and pulls great. I feel at ease knowing its conected and if my trailer should happen to flip it won't pull .y bike over with it.

Few makers of swivel hitches and for the price I cannot make a better one. Gave 4 stars only because it would not fit inside my tongue. I new this ahead of ordering thanks to their advertising measurement’s. Just fabricated two plates and bolted it below. Towing with a motorcycle is much safer using a swivel hitch. I thank this company for making a good hitch at a reasonable price.

Got this after noticing tension on hitch/trailer tongue. Once installed this thing worked great, no more worries in turns or concern about parking on uneven terrain. Wish I would've purchased sooner. Used on "aluma mct"- this trailer does not have the standard tongue size so I used some spacers. Still highly recommend.
