    This adapter harness was easy install and so far is working as advertised.

    I called back to ask questions about the product, as the instructions they sent were unreadable. When trying to get conformation on two questions was told they cant help as bikes are different. This product was bike specific so answering if one wire was just hot to trailer, and confirming wiring of turn/brake was told to take it to a shop. Verry disappointed in the customer service, and lack of knowlage.

    I just installed it and haven't had a chance to use it on the road yet but it works as it should. You'll need to purchase a 5 or 6 pin connector to finish this install.

    This made wiring in my trailer so much easier. It was easy to install even having to add in the 4 pole plug. Lot of wiring to stuff under the seat but didn’t want to shorten anything in the event of getting a different trailer with the 5. Works great highly recommend

    Again, very easy to install. Directions were spot-on. I was done in less that 30 minutes and that included tie wrapping the wires and putting the saddle bag, seat, and battery back on the bike.

    Everything worked easy and fast. would have been 5 stars but there is more wire than needed you have to fit under the seat.

    It's not too badd it's easy to install just wish I would have known I need it a 6 wire plug ahead of time and I had a rewire my trailer for it

    Received it in about two days. What more can you ask for. Plug and play super easy. Need 5 to 4 converter kit if not using 5 pin. Great product
