Installed 2023 FLHTK HD Ultra Limited
I docked one star for poorly included paper instructions and no digital copies accessible. Ordered and arrived fairly quickly with standard shipping. I had watched a couple videos on wiring installs, and searched different makes. Decided on USA trailer’s for price and the included and ready to use 4 pin connector. Purchased a separate HD accessory connector to access the motorcycle’s power only when bike is turned on. Wiring was pretty straightforward. At the end, I ran into the problem of no brake indicator, just constant tail light power. I reached out to customer service via email, and my daughter tried to make out the instructions. Customer service responded quickly, but to ask for a user video of the product. Same time, daughter deciphered a certain plug needed to be disconnected. Once I disconnected the plug, problem solved. Thank you eagle-eyed family member. I do like the unit includes a 4 pin plug tester. Happy with purchase, so far.
