Constructed of heavy gauge aluminum diamond tread plate and stainless steel, the Heritage is tough, durable, bright, and eye-catching. It features six (6) enclosed restaurant grade steam pans and a cooler which gives your new Hot Dog Cart business the versatility to sell both hot and cold items. A spacious, dual shelf cabinet with stainless steel sliding doors spreads the width of the cart and acts as additional storage.
Beneath the stainless steel prep shelf (sold separately), you will find another cabinet for storage, which enables you to sell more and restock less. It also comes equipped with a pressurized cold and on-demand hot water faucet and hand sink. The water and steam pans are both heated by a portable propane gas system, which gives you the freedom to serve eager crowds anywhere — from the boardwalk to the ball park to your park.

Upgrading a base model like the Cash Calf isn't as simple as just adding a sink. A professional water system is a complex assembly that includes a 12v battery, water pump, propane water heater, fresh and waste water tanks, and all necessary plumbing lines. Because these components are precision-integrated during manufacturing, purchasing the fully equipped Heritage is more cost-effective and reliable than attempting a custom build later.
The cart uses a portable propane system to heat the water and steam pans, with an ignition requiring two D batteries. For safety and shipping regulations, the propane tank is not included; you will need to purchase a standard 20-pound tank locally.
I recently bought this cart for my mobile hotdog tent. I am currently getting it ready to get it's health inspection. This company was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Cart came in beautiful condition. I haven't even used it yet but have gotten so many compliments on how good it looks. I am confident that this cart by just looks alone will bring in the big bucks. Picked up my cart from the distribution center. Everyone there was helpful in making sure everything was in order. The cart looks great, can’t wait to start using it. Appears it will be easy to keep clean and has just what I need to get my job done. I like the way everything is accessible too!
Great cart, but wish there was more room for full size pans. If can for one full size and one 1/3rd. Makes it hard to steam a decent amount of buns. I also use chili and cheese in the smaller compartments. Good quality, like the sink and cleans up easy. Would recommend, but still tote around the propane steam table for bigger functions.
The hotdog cart is worth the money. Find a good location to make tons of money. Make sure you have a forklift to get it off the pallet
