We constructed Lumina XL's chassis from aluminum and suspended it with a torsion axle to keep it light weight and smooth towing. The trailer it’s self is exceptional Easy to put together looks great Bad part is they sent the wrong center caps for the Wheels. So any one trying to use them could end up With serious issues , so I will contact them to get this corrected. All in all happy with purchase and trailer.
I have towed my Lumina trailer about 40,000 miles in the last five years with absolutely no problems. I picked mine up at the Long Beach warehouse and put it together myself. Things to consider: this is a very well built trailer but you should do the following during assembly. Repack and adjust wheel bearings with good grease. Get rid of that Chinese sh*t. Install split wire loom over wires where they pass thru the frame to prevent shorts. I also installed weatherstripping along the top of the box to make sure the lid closes tight and is waterproof. Don't worry about a spare(you don't carry one for the bike do you?). I also moved the box rearward on the frame about five inches to adjust tongue weight with a loaded cooler. Tongue should be 30-40 lbs when loaded. My only complaint is with the company as they have no technical info or replacement parts available for these trailers.
The trailer is very well made going to get a lot of use of it, only two issues one it should be debured , very sharp edges! Second the shipping paperwork makes you wonder if you are going to get it.! But it all worked out great! Overall this is a great trailer and a great price.! Would love to purchase a second cover ! But it’s not listed ??
The transaction was very smooth and everything happened as explained. Delivery was prompt and driver was very friendly and helpful. Assembly was easy, although the instruction sheets were very dark in spots which made some of the steps hard to read. Almost as if copies were made from copies instead of the originals. So far I am very pleased with the purchase but I have not actually had a chance to take it out on the road yet. The trailer looks good and the fit and finish are good. The lid opens completely vertical and the lid assists are strong making the lid hard to pull back down for a person that is not tall. That is a very minor negative and I have learned to put a strap around the luggage rack before opening the lid all the way so that I can pull the strap to lower the lid. All in all great trailer so far and pleased with purchase.
I pulled this trailer for about 5yrs had alot of good times with my friends . It saved my life on 7-15-2021 . My friend didn't make it . If I didn't have the trailer with me I wouldn't be leaving this review . End of story .
I used my Lumina XL the same week it was delivered. USA Trailer takes care of all the paperwork upfront and sends all the instructions you need to get everything done. I was able to take a tent chairs and luggage on my trip
A trailer that pruce should come with latching safety chains. Also a sheet of info on the rear Light bar hookup

I wanted to tow a light trailer behind my Honda Fit so that I could use the car as a camper and still carry needed luggage and my inflatable kayak. This trailer is perfect for the job! It is well made and easy to assemble. Instructions were clear and all parts were there. I highly recommend it.
