A Larger Portable Hand Sink for Commercial Handwashing

Model 35-0105 is a full-size portable hand sink with hot water for food-service operations, classrooms, medical facilities, warehouses, construction sites, mobile vending, and other locations that need a larger handwashing basin without permanent plumbing. Its 19½" × 11¾" stainless steel basin provides more working area than the smaller single-basin models in the lineup.

A 5-gallon freshwater tank, separate wastewater tank, commercial electric pump, and 2.5-gallon electric water heater are housed inside the cabinet. Together, they supply pressurized hot and cold water through a 12-inch high-rise commercial faucet.

When Is the Full-Size Basin the Better Choice?

Choose Model 35-0105 when basin space is an important part of the buying decision. The larger rectangular basin provides additional room for handwashing compared with the more compact single-basin models while retaining a self-contained cabinet design.

For operations that want a larger sink for handwashing without moving to a dual-basin layout, Model 35-0105 fills that gap.

The cabinet is made from heavy-duty resin with a metal-reinforced top and measures 30" W × 20" D × 36" H, excluding the faucet. The station weighs approximately 75 lb empty.

Hot and Cold Water from a Self-Contained System

The 22-gauge 18/8 stainless steel basin includes a beveled bar drain and basket strainer. Wastewater is directed into the separate holding tank inside the cabinet.

The 2.5-gallon electric storage heater has an adjustable thermostat from 50°F to 140°F. A commercial electric pump provides pressurized flow from the onboard freshwater tank, allowing the sink to operate without a permanent water connection.

Setup and Power Requirements

Model 35-0105 ships with most of the system already assembled. Setup consists of attaching the faucet, filling the freshwater tank, and connecting the unit to a compatible 110V/15A electrical outlet. A GFCI adapter is included for electrical protection.
