What happens after I place an order?
After you complete your purchase, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. We will begin processing your order, in most cases, the next business day. Once fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number.
NOTE: If your order is a larger item which ships via freight (LTL), you’ll also be sent our Mandatory Pre-Shipment Forms and Agreement. (See Shipping Information for details.)
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted for new, unused items. Items must be in original packaging and condition. Return window begins on the date of delivery with 14 days for trailers, and 30 days for most other products. Parts and fairing hardware are non-returnable.
How should I prepare for LTL delivery to my home or business?
Ensure your location can accommodate a tractor-trailer (18-wheeler). If you don’t have a loading dock, liftgate service is required. Someone must be present to inspect the shipment and sign for delivery. Drivers deliver to the curb or driveway and are not required to move items further.
What should I do if my shipment is damaged or missing items?
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you notice any damage or your order is incomplete, clearly write "Damaged" or "Short" on the Bill of Lading before signing.. Notify both the carrier and The USA Trailer Store right away. Keep a copy of the signed delivery receipt for your records. Accurate documentation is crucial for freight damage claims.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
No, The USA Trailer Store does not ship outside of the United States. At this time, shipping is limited to addresses within the contiguous U.S.—international, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territory deliveries are not available.
Do you offer Financing?
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer any financing options.
What warranty coverage do you offer?
Warranty coverage varies by product. Most items include a limited warranty that protects against defects in materials or workmanship for a specific period. Warranties apply only to the original purchaser and are non-transferable. For details, please refer to the warranty section on the product page or the Terms & Conditions.

How will I receive my purchase?
For our trailers, we use LTL carriers, such as XPO Logistics, R+L® Carriers, etc. The purchaser must be personally present to take delivery, inspect, and sign for the shipment. For more details, please refer to our Shipping Information page.
When will my order ship?
Most small orders are processed and shipped within one business day after payment is received. Fairings With Audio require more time, as they are custom-built and processing times can vary by season. For lead times on specific larger items like trailers or dollies shipped via freight (LTL), please contact our sales team at (864) 501-4559.
