To best maintain the integrity of the trailer, the My Best Buddy Cargo TRAILER XL is shipped - and will arrive - disassembled.
Easy assembly will require approximately 2 hours and may require 2 persons.
When I finally completed assembly I am very pleased with the product. Although the assembly instructions were very vague and not clear to understand I am pleased with the end result. Several of the assembly holes didn't line up either and I had to end up drilling them out for alignment to insert the bolts. I was shorted numerous parts on the initial shipment but the parts clerk corrected it in a timely manner.

actually got extremely good gas milage pulled from greenville to summerville sc, tracked well only issue was noise from my trailer hitch when hit bumps in road, nice light weight trailer

I did a lot of research before deciding on the Best Buddy. I could not be more pleased with my choice. I was very impressed with the quality and ease of assembly. It was on the road in two days. The trailer tracks perfectly, and is a great addition to my Honda Goldwing 1500. I highly recommend the Best Buddy to anyone looking for a tag-a-long motorcycle trailer.

I received my trailer at 11 a.m.,and by 2 p.m. it was assembled and ready to go. I can't say enough about the craftsmanship and quality, not only of the trailer, but also the hardware. Everything fit perfectly. There were some improvement to the trailer since the instructions were printed,but I think they made the trailer even better and safer. Thank you for an excellent product.

About a week after we got the trailer, we pulled it behind our Toyota Matrix from Dallas to Colorado. It pulled great and performed exactly as expected. Other than the extra mounting holes in the bottom, it was completely waterproof (I need to fill those in with silicone).
The only real complaint I have is that the license plate bracket was plastic; so it broke before we got home and I lost the plate. Now, I have to get a replacement.
That's one small complaint on an otherwise great product. I can't wait to get it behind the motorcycle to see how it does.

The folks at the USA Trailer Store were great to work with. There was a minor hiccup with my order, but they kept me informed and everything arrived just as promised.
It took my son and me a couple of hours to assemble, and so far, I'm impressed. The aluminum frame is solid, and I love the 12-inch chrome wheels. The only reason for less than 5 stars is that the instructions didn't exactly match what I got (I think what I got was an improvement over what was listed in the instructions); so it took a little longer to assemble.
I have a trip from Texas to Colorado in a couple of weeks. I'll let you know how the trailer performs when I get back.
