this was the easiest trialer i ever saw to put together, anybody can do it, the only thing that i would like to see change is how tight the lid fit's , it does rattlel a little when on a rough road but other than that you will love this trailer
The trailer was delivered on time as promised and I must admit I was a little skeptical about ordering the trailer without first seeing it. The next morning after it arrived, I cleared out my bike and cars from garage. I laid all the parts out on a drop cloth and in less than an hour, the trailer was completely put together. I think putting my daughter’s toys together at Christmas was hard than putting the trailer together. I ordered balancing beads from amazon and the trailer rides smooth.
Assembly was easy and everything was arranged well. All parts fit as they should.
Arrived undamaged, well crated....All the nutz, washers, bolts, everything was there..Every tiny part... Did a couple mods, went from 4 wire to 5 and added turn signals on sides separate from brake lights, trailer is very easy to mod and I like the way the lights are behind a diamond tread panel, makes it easy to modify wiring without goofing up nice interior carpeting... This trailer is rugged for all aluminum, pulls great, lid is stout the way the outer rail bolts thru the lid and thru an internal tube frame it makes it very solid...love the swivel hitch...torsion axles are a simple yet tough design, Rims look great and are true...Every part fit without modification..no grinding holes bigger and such... Took my time on assembly making sure everything is tight, including pre assembled bolts from box to frame.(be sure to tighten those some more) and thoroughly road tested, pulled perfect empty and loaded...Would buy it again in a heartbeat....Love My lumina XL....

After months of research I finally decided to purchase a Lumina XL to go with my Can-Am Spyder. The ordering of the trailer, receiving it and installation was a snap. Also, I received prompt replies from customer service when I had questions. Although I have not pulled the new trailer on a long trip yet, I am anxiously awaiting warmer weather to start an adventure.
This is without a doubt the easiest to assemble item that I have ever ordered. All nuts and bolts were packed in individual bags and the directions were easy to follow. The assembled trailer looks great and the fit and finish is great. A great value. I can't wait to see how it tows
Received my Lumina Diamond Xl Motorcycle Trailer today and within a couple of hours a friend and I had it assembled and ready to roll. Assembly was very easy and instructions are great. The quality of the trailer construction is great. Leaving on a 10 days trip on June 3rd and will see how it goes. If I have any issues I will report, but I really don’t anticipate any. Very please with this trailer and the price.
Like a previous post, I was disappointed the trailer was made in China, but, pleasantly surprised at how well designed and built it was. I put the trailer together myself and the instructions were right on and no missing parts. The trailer stand is a bit wobbly, but, able to handle the trailer. I just finished my first long distance pull, around 1400 miles. The trailer was loaded out and I could not believe the ease of handling. Only knew the trailer was back there when taking on steep hills. Even at Idaho's high speed (80mph), I didn't take it that far up, but, the trailer handled EXCELLENTLY!! During my motorcycle meet, I had plenty of fellow motorcyclists come and wanted to know more about the trailer. They loved the inside and were surprised by what was standard on the trailer. My only disappointment was the front lid foam seal. During the portion of a 135 mile ride through the rain, I discovered the front foam seal did not fully contact the front of the box and had water leakage inside. May have to add a thicker foam seal. Other than that, an excellent buy.
While I was disappointed the product was made in China, the quality was excellent. Was able to put together by myself with no assistance and no issues. All fits were spot on, no missing parts, looking forward to pulling soon. The tongue stand is weak, not sure how to correct that, have to think on that a bit. Glad I bought it, very pleased.
