Wanted a nice looking , good priced trailer to toe behind my Goldwing .I am very happy with my purchase .With the swivel hitch you doing even know it back there .Shipping was kind of scary ,but not a problem great tracking , and they call you before delivery. Easy. Thank you for a good experience . PS I did shorten the tongue.
This is a great trailer for a great price. It was no problem assembling it using the instructions. It tows really nice.
The trailer was delivered in about one week after placing the order. I was careful to inspect for shipping damage, but there was none. I was pleased to find that all of the parts were also received. It took me about three hours to put it together, but I was not in a rush. The only complaint is the the edge of the trunk lid needs a covering. It took a separate trip to Home Depot to get a trim piece for the lid. It would be easy to cut fingers the way it comes. Other than my little trim issue I am extremely pleased with the purchase. I would highly recommend this trailer.
Bought the Lumina Diamond XL to move my hobbies between Wisconsin and Arizona since becoming a Snow Bird. The entire purchase was great! The trailer arrived in perfect condition and was very easy to assemble. The only hitch in the whole process was a defective wiring harness purchased from another company. Although having no responsibility for the problem I got very good advice from The Trailer Store which helped with a quick solution. I pulled the trailer 1660 miles back to Wisconsin without any issues. Great product! Great Company!
Beautiful trailer, arrived in perfect condition. Easy to assemble instructions. I was nervous about pulling a trailer but immediately at ease with how light and smooth she follows. This is larger than I expected, and I think my biggest challenge is to keep the weight down within limits. So far I haven't taken it on a trip but, plans are in the works for my new Lumina Diamond Trailer behind my Harley Ultra Limited.
I have to say I was reluctant to purchase a trailer that I have only seen on the internet but I did it anyway. I did it all by internet and never spoke to anyone at The USA Trailer Store. I ordered it on a Sunday night and within 2 days I received numerous emails pertaining to my soon to be motorcycle trailer. I received the owner's manual and instructions on putting it together. I received the shipping instructions and what to do if there was any damage upon its arrival at my house and I received a copy of the bill of sale and the paperwork to use for having the trailer registered in my state. The trailer arrived on a Saturday with no damage and it was fairly simple to put it together by myself. I was missing 2 lugnuts for the wheels and they quickly arrived by the end of the week after I sent an email with photograph of missing lug nuts. I hooked the trailer to my GL1500 and took for a short ride and I can hardly tell that it is behind my bike. I still have to get it registered and I believe it will be a great addition to our future riding adventures. The only reason I did not rate the trailer any higher is there was paint runs on some of the underneath of the trailer, the missing lug nuts and the fact that I have not really got to give the trailer a true run behind my bike. It is nothing fancy and I would like to maybe see some internal lighting so it would be easier to see inside it at night. I am planning to add some LED lights to the interior in the future. I had a great experience with this company and only time will tell how the trailer will perform.

Nice trailer. Took me about two hours to put it together mostly by myself. Lights are nice but I'm going to add more up towards the top . I think it's better to have them higher for better visibility. I got the swivel connector. It should have a mounting bracket for the spare tire . Going to be using it for a trip across the blue ridge mountains this summer.
trailer was delivered in-tack - no surprises. all hardware was as needed-broke grease nipples off trying to lube-cannot find replacement of same size-hubs were to be pregreased -one yes- other not much inside of hub-would like to see edging on lid filed as very sharp I added door moulding to mine so no cuts to me or wife-pulls really nice,smooth-getting wire harness delivered as you were out of stock all in all pretty darn nice little unit.
