Q: Can this product also function as a Harley Freewheeler hitch?

A: Yes. This hitch safely fits 2014–2025 Harley-Davidson Freewheeler (FLRT) models. When ordering for a Freewheeler, ensure you select SKU 10-4190 for the hitch only, or SKU 10-2599 for the complete hitch and wiring harness combo.

Q: How many electrical connection wires are outputted by the harness?

A: The wiring kit provides standard 4-wire outputs supporting run, left turn/brake, right turn/brake, and ground circuits. Your trailer must have a 4-pin flat connector. If your trailer has a different connector, then reach out to us about a custom harness.

Q: Is the Harley tri-glide hitch compatible with older 2009 or 2010 models?

A: : No. This trailer hitch will not fit 2009 or 2010 Harley Tri-Glide models. Additionally, the integrated plug-and-play wiring harness will not work with any CVO Trike models.

    Hitch looks well built. Was easy to install about 45 minutes. Had to drill one hole larger in frame to hook nutbar up. Ready to try it out now.

    First of all (no big deal) the flat washers didn't fit the bolts... Now the other part, couldn't get bolts to start, had to re-drill so the holes would line up to the threaded flat bar that you have to use...Took me a few hours for what should of taking a 1/2 hour.

    the hitch shipped quickly! however this must be a popular item and you have to check site daily to see if in stock. if you want one you better order when in stock and you wont be disappointed. The installation on my Tri-Glide was fairly easy. I drove bike on some ramps I made to give some room to work under it . I did have to drill 1 hole out a little bigger to get the bolt started but no big deal. I would buy again and the price is cheaper than any other hitch I found.

    Takes a while to install. Gotta leave a lot of slack to get all four bolts in. Recommend a lift. Crawling around on the garage floor not fun. Good product and you cannot beat the price.

    It took longer than expected but not because of the product it's self, there is very little room and the removal of old bolts do have to be heated very well.

    I personally didn’t install the hitch but my friend that did said that it was very easy to install. The instructions were very easy to follow, the only thing missing was the pin for the receiver. The hitch itself is very strongly built. Can’t wait to hook my trailer to it and head to Sturgis. Thanks again USA Trailer Store.

    Very easy to install...it took less than 45 minutes. Your only extra expense will be the "tamper proof" T40 Torx bit. I did hit a slight snag as the front left hole didn't quite line up with the "nutbar". It's possible it took a hit during shipping. It was a fairly easy fix for me with a die-grinder and a little rust proofing. I would recommend this hitch to anyone with a newer Tri-Glide

    The hitch is great and just as promised. Getting the bolts out of my 15 Tri Glide was next to impossable. It took 3 hours of heating and chiseling to remove the two rear bolts to attach the hitch. I was lucky that my son in law has every tool known to man. With out his help I would have never made it.
