The hitch is a quality product. The reason I didnt give 5 stars is the mounting bolts that were included were the wrong thread per inch size. The diameter of the bolt was correct. I purchased the right bolts myself and finished the installation. I also notified USA trailer of the problem.
The trailer hitch installed and works great. The ball the was shipped with the hitch is worthless. I had to remove the ball from the hitch and then tilt the stem away from the trailer to get the ball to release from the trailer. The stem is to short!!
When I started my install, i trial fitted all the bolts. None fit. not one of the four included bolts fit. they are all the wrong thread! it appears somebody put 9MM metric bolts in the kit and it uses 5/16 bolts. I confirmed this by using a thread chaser in all the bolt holes, the two that were removed from the bike and the Nut bar included in the kit. A quick trip to the hard ware store to get the right bolts and the install was a breeze after that. the fit and finish are good.

Did a ton of shopping & research. Without question your best bang for the buck, purchase with confidence. If you have a set of "automotive ramps", drive your trike up on it & the install will be a breeze. Took less than an hour, including putting everything away! Hitch is strong & well built, trailer pulls straight & true. Chrome hitch bar & ball are a fantastic value with this package.
My TriGlide hutch arrived on time, but it’s still in the box. I have a solid 2+ feet of snow right now b/w me and my scooter. So it will likely be another month+ before I can get out there and get to work.

You need to look at the 2020 year triglide for installation. There is no threaded holes on the rear cross member the holes line up ok but I had to fish bolts down through the cross member not easy to do very little room to do this.
Easy to install and looking forward to our first long trip!
Hitch looks well built. Was easy to install about 45 minutes. Had to drill one hole larger in frame to hook nutbar up. Ready to try it out now.
