Q: Can this product also function as a Harley Freewheeler hitch?

A: Yes. This hitch safely fits 2014–2025 Harley-Davidson Freewheeler (FLRT) models. When ordering for a Freewheeler, ensure you select SKU 10-4190 for the hitch only, or SKU 10-2599 for the complete hitch and wiring harness combo.

Q: How many electrical connection wires are outputted by the harness?

A: The wiring kit provides standard 4-wire outputs supporting run, left turn/brake, right turn/brake, and ground circuits. Your trailer must have a 4-pin flat connector. If your trailer has a different connector, then reach out to us about a custom harness.

Q: Is the Harley tri-glide hitch compatible with older 2009 or 2010 models?

A: : No. This trailer hitch will not fit 2009 or 2010 Harley Tri-Glide models. Additionally, the integrated plug-and-play wiring harness will not work with any CVO Trike models.

    Arrived very fast. Easy to put on, I raised the triglide on two 2 x 8s to get some room underneath. Fits very well and very sturdy. Heading to Montana from AZ in two weeks so will have a better feel for it. Strongly recommend.

    The hitch mounted easily with common tools. Took about 30 minutes total to mount. If I have one recommendation, it would be to put inside mounting holes (threaded) in the mounting bar. Hitch looks and works great.

    It installed with out too much trouble. Hardest part was taking out the tamper proof screws installed by Harley. Be sure to have a hammer drill to remove them. And a heat gun.

    The hitch went on very easily. I am not very mechanically gifted but this install was a snap. Four bolts and it’s on. I would definitely recommend this hitch to anyone with a Tri Glide who wants a good hitch.

    Installation was not bad, took about 2 hours total from opening box to completion. Had to move right side exhaust and hardest part was getting to the bolts, very little room and glad to have ratchet wrench available. Have only pulled trailer once for short distance so far and it was perfect, could not even feel that I was pulling anything. Good solid product without the frills and cost of others. I reccomend checking out this hitch 1st as I bought a different more expensive unit 1st. It would not go on the rear crossmember and discovered it was not made square. Was told I would have to wait nearly 4 weeks for replacement. USA Trailers shipped this init and I had it in 2 days. The only reason for 4 stars is that the 1st time I tightened bolt on receiver to hitch the weld cracked a little. Had to fill with JB Weld to feel secure. Only the back weld cracked though. Awesome!!

    This product appeared to be excellent quality. It mounted correctly and with somewhat ease. Haven't used it to tow anything yet but doesn't appear there will be any problems. I mainly wanted it to hold a flag for PGR missions, to fly a full sized flag during escorts. Best Price I found.

    Great Hitch for a Tri-Glide. However I had to Elongate the mounting holes about 1/16" to get the bolts in. Grind a Small Point on the supplied bolts to assist with getting them lined up. I had to loosen the mufflers to get on the rear bolts. Otherwise it is a great product.
